Since opening our 64,770 sq. ft. warehouse in Barnsley on 19th February 2013, we’ve continued to expand our product range, our team, and our reputation — making us one of the leading wholesale destinations in the UK.
Our Managing Director, Cliff Tibble, founded KDA in 1999 after nearly two decades working as a mining engineer in the local pits.
Starting with just a van and a vision, Cliff began trading at markets across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and Nottinghamshire.
Spotting a shortage of tool and hardware wholesalers east of the Pennines, he quickly grew from selling stock out of a garden shed to opening his first warehouse unit.
Since then, demand has driven us into ever-larger premises, each move allowing us to serve more customers and expand our product offering.
Today, KDA Wholesale is proud to be a trusted supplier to market traders, independent retailers, and businesses nationwide.
All products at KDA are clearly priced inclusive of VAT, so you always know exactly what you’re spending.
Wherever possible, we also prioritise UK-sourced workwear and wholesale products, supporting local suppliers while offering unbeatable value.
Our Barnsley warehouse is conveniently located just one mile from junction 37 of the M1, attracting customers from across the UK who come to take advantage of our huge product range and competitive prices.
