• You must bring your K.D.A card every time you shop.
• If you’ve lost or forgotten it, you can purchase a replacement card for £1 upon entry at the tills.
• If you later find your original card, it will still be valid – so you can use either, or keep one as a spare.
As a wholesale business, it is a requirement from Barnsley Council that every customer must hold a valid KDA membership card to shop with us.
• Membership is available to anyone for just £1.00.
• To join, simply provide your name, address, and a form of photo ID (e.g. driving licence or passport plus a letter/utility bill).
• Your membership card must be scanned on entry – if you need to apply for a new card or a replacement, please head straight to the counter before you start shopping.
👉 Important to note:
• You must bring your membership card every time you shop.
• Cards are non-transferable – you cannot use another person’s membership card.
• Lost or forgotten your card? Bring ID for the account holder and we can issue a replacement for £1.00. (Your original card will still work, so it may be useful to keep a spare in your car.)
• Digital or phone-scanned copies of membership cards are not accepted – you must present the physical card.
We understand it can be frustrating if you forget your card, but please note that under no circumstances can purchases be made without it. Any abusive or aggressive behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated. These policies have been in place for many years and will not change, so we kindly ask you to spread the word.
Responsibility:
Members are responsible for the behaviour of their children and any guests they bring.
Damaged Items:
If a member or guest damages or opens a product, they will be required to purchase it.
Personal Belongings:
KDA is not responsible for any personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.
Vehicles:
Vehicles are parked at owners risk and K.D.A. will not be responsible for any damaged caused to vehicles.
KDA’s Rights:
KDA reserves the right to refuse membership or entry to anyone at its discretion.
Dogs:
Only permitted if carried or kept in a trolley.
Returns: Unwanted goods may be returned within 28 days in original condition, unused and unopened, for a cash refund or exchange. Without a receipt, we can only offer an exchange.
• Faulty Goods: Items that become faulty within 12 months of purchase may be returned for a cash refund or exchange.
• Refunds: All refunds are given in cash – we cannot refund to debit or credit cards.
• Ownership: All goods remain the property of KDA until paid for in full.
• General: All purchases are subject to our full Terms & Conditions.
